We are seeking a highly professional team player that enjoys working in a team environment. Someone who is motivated to learn and grow, and desires a long term, stable career working with a diverse group of professionals. Some experience in, manual therapy (such as ART, Graston), Kenisio taping, sports injuries and exercise rehab is preferred.
All of our team members work hard to support our patients and each other. While the nature of work is serious, laughter is often heard in our clinic. Our clinic is set up to support a healthy work/life balance; a positive and cheerful atmosphere is part of this balance and very important to us.
Duties include:
1. Perform patient exams and develop treatment plans to help patients meet their goals and needs.
2. Provide physical therapy modalities such as, electrical muscle stimulation, ultrasound, stretching, heat, ice, exercises, soft tissue treatment, and spinal manipulation to patients.
3. Assure continuation of therapeutic plan and design home exercise programs for patients.
4. Document patient care services by charting in patients’ records.
5. Maintain patient confidentiality and protect clinic operations by keeping information confidential.
6. Maintain office safety and sanitation, and manage patient flow.
7. Oversee patients’ progress, review and improve the quality of care rendered by the clinic.
